Privacy Policy

When you create an organization, we store the account holder's name, email, and a securely hashed password. Admins add department names and worker/customer emails as part of setting up their pipeline. Customers placing orders provide an item description tied to their account and organization.

If you use the contact form or chat widget, we store your name, email, optional phone number, and message so we can respond.

We use this information to run the pipeline (routing orders between departments, sending in-app and email notifications to the right worker or customer), to process subscription billing, and to respond to support requests. We don't sell your information to third parties.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Every organization's departments, orders, and users are scoped to that organization — one business's data is never shown to another.
