WorkerFlow lets a business set up a sequence of departments that each customer order passes through, notify the right worker the moment an order reaches their department, and let customers track their order's progress in real time.

Whoever creates an organization's account is responsible for the accuracy of the department, worker, and pricing information they configure, and for keeping their login credentials confidential. Workers and customers invited into an organization are scoped to that organization only.

The first department in an organization's pipeline is free. Each additional department is billed monthly through Stripe at the then-current per-department rate, and the subscription quantity adjusts automatically as departments are added or removed. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the Billing page; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

You agree to use WorkerFlow only for legitimate order/task-tracking purposes, to keep the data you enter (customer info, order details, department names) accurate, and not to attempt to access another organization's data or disrupt the service.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the product evolves. Continued use of WorkerFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
